Dear Tait.

Had a talk with Knoblouck. His great fear is. We will run out of money. And you will get the Co. into debt. he got me to telegraph Rossi if he would take the Presidency.

We are starting suit against Brady & the Gs soon as you can get that receipt from N. H. or an affidavit.

I am just off for Trenton. be there until 18th
