Isaac Cody Deed to William Alliend
This Indenture made the 9th day of March A. D. 1852 between Isaac Cody & Mary Cody his wife of Scott Co. of the first part and William Alliend of the second part. Witnesseth. That the said party of the first part for the consideration of the sum of One hundred and twenty Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described tract of real estate, lying and being situate in the County of Scott & state of Iowa. Lots no. One (1), two (2) three (3) four (4) five (5) and six (6) in Block no. ten (10) in the town of Parkhurst. To Have and To Hold said premises above described unto the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns forever. And the said Isaac Cody & Mary Cody his wife will forever Warrant and Defend the title against all persons whomsoever
In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands & seals the day and year first above written
