POLICE PERSONALS.

Lieut. James Hartley, in charge of detective headquarters at night, arose early Thursday morning to accompany Mrs. Hartley to the invitation exhibition of frontier pictures taken by "Buffalo Bill" for the government. The lieutenant and his wife were guests of the National Press Club, under whose auspices the films were shown. Lieut. Hartley has an honorable record as a soldier and is a personal friend of Col.
