<p>IN the park on Saturday an open carriage containing three gentlemen drove by. The appearance of one was to a certain extent familiar to the crowd of loungers, and more than one murmured, "Why, there's Buffalo Bill."  The personage alluded to was Prince Ferdinand of Bulgaria! Such, my friends, is fame. </p>
