Horace Tucker Deed To Isaac Cody
This indenture made the 25th of August A. D. 1852 between Horace Tucker & Susan Tucker his wife of Scott County, state of Iowa the first part & Isaac Cody of the same place of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for the consideration of Three hundred and fifty Dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs & assigns forever, the following described tracts of real Estate lying and being situated in the County of Scott and state of Iowa, To wit, the South West quarter of section four (4) in township Eighty (80) North of Range four (4) East of the 5th P. M. To Have and To Hold, said premises above described unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, And the said Horace Tucker and will forever Warrant and Defend the title against all persons whomsoever.
In Testimony Whereof, the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands & seals the date first above written

Be it Remembered that on the 25th day of August A. D. 1852 before the undersigned a Justice of the peace in & for said County personally appeared Horace Tucker & Susan Tucker personally known to be the identical persons whose names are affixed
