FILM PROMOTERS SUED
Bills (Buffalo and Pawnee) Allege Breach of Contract.
NEW YORK, April 10. — (Special.) — The suit of Colonel William F. Cody ("Buffalo Bill") and Colonel Gordon W. Lillie ("Pawnee Bill") to recover $25,000 from Patrick T. Powers and Pliny R. Craft for alleged breach of contract in a moving picture show of scenes in the Wild West is being heard before the Supreme Court Justice Bijur.
The two "Bills" were to make moving pictures of Wild West scenes and pose for $25,000 and a percentage of the profits. It is charged that they are not receiving their share of the profits.
