Gentlemen:-
We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 23rd, requesting the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland to furnish to the lessees of territorial rights to exhibit your moving picture film: "The Life of Buffalo Bill", bonds guaranteeing that the Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill Film Company will not exhibit the said films in the territory of the lessee until the termination of the lease, nor will the Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill Film Company supply, lease or sell said films to any person, firm or corporation except upon the condition that they shall not be exhibited in the said territory until the termination of said lease.
The Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland hereby agrees to give its bonds to each lessee of said film guaranteeing that you will adhere to the above conditions.
