The only evidence that can be furnished is the company's books and reports which are filed at 521 First National Bank, Bldg., Chicago, Ill. with the Treasurer, duplication of same with H. H. Tammen with the Denver Post, Denver, Colorado.

Tammen, Secretary of The W F Cody Historical Picture Co personally known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing annual report of said corporation, who each being first duly sworn, upon his oath deposes and says, each for himself and not one for the other, that he is the President and Secretary, respectively, of the said The W F Cody - Historical Picture_Co and that the facts thus set forth in said annual report are true, full and complete, and that they as such President and Secretary, respectively, of the said corporation, made, signed and delivered the said annual report in compliance with the statute in such case made and provided.
