Platinotype: Full frontal view of Sioux Indian in full feather headdress, beads on right side of face and around neck and wearing breastplate made of bone? Identified on separate mounts as "Sitting Holy" and "Kills-Close-to-the-Lodge". The Library of Congress, Division of Prints and Photographs holds the original Käsebier negative and identifies this Sioux as "Luke Big Turnips."
