25th February 1908_______________________
Pursuant to call made by the President, the Board of Directors of the SHOSHONE IRRIGATION COMPANY met at Hotel Iroquois, Buffalo, New York, at 10 o'clock a.m. on the 25th day of February 1908.
Upon Roll Call, there were present: --

George T. Beck.
A quorum being present, the meeting was called to order by Colonel Cody.
The minutes of December 8th 1906 were read and approved.
The President reported that the Bond of the State of Wyoming, given by the Company, had been cancelled and discharged. Also, that the segregated lands had been turned over to the Cody Canal Association, as directed at the last meeting of the Company. Contract with said Association was read.
The Secretary reported that the levy of Forty Cents (40¢) was not made as directed by the Board at the last meeting, because the Ditch was turned over to the Settlers before it was necessary for said levy. That said Canal was turned over in February 1907, and that all salaries ceased then.
It was moved, seconded and carried, that the President take such steps as may be necessary to dissolve the Corporation, and his action in such respect is hereby ratified.
On motion, the meeting then adjourned.
