I am very anxious of getting the concession. of putting on an automobile and Horse stage line from Cody into the Yellow Stone Park. I will give a guarantee to do it right. If you will assist me in
in this matter as acting as my Attorney And putting my application in at once. And help me. I will reccompense you most liberaly.
[3] I beleive I deserve this concession as much as any man. Could the President assist me in this? he is a good friend of mine.

his aid will you speak to him. for me—
I enclose my route Will you cable me if you think I stand a chance of getting it. as I would like to know before I leave England. since My Cable address in any Town on my route simply Cody. I will pay all expense
