Since writing you this morn we have had a lively cyclone. But the Wild West went all the same— Just recd a letter from Boyd [3] — he wants to make a sixty days prospecting tour— What do you think about it. he allso wants $35— I guess you had better send it to him— I sent in another $5.000. Its makeing me hump to carry the whole thing. I want to know how I stand—
Do write me fully— Just once Just for luck—
I am a little busy my self. But I will write you to death if your dont tell me what I want to know—

At 12.45 heavy thunder-storm accompanied with wind came up. Side and back walls were let down, and no damage was done except to the awning over the candy stands, which was blown down.
