Kill-His-Pony Is Dead.

Kill-His-Pony, the Indian, died yesterday of consumption. He arrived at the Barge Office on Saturday from the steamship Saale. As he was too sick to go to Pine Ridge Agency he was sent to Bellevue Hospital. Rev. Father Croft was at the hospital and gave the dying man spiritual consolation. The body will be embalmed and forwarded to the agency. "Hank" Clifford, [1] one of the scouts who came here to look after Kill-His-Pony's welfare, will accompany it.
