We hand you herewith statement showing transactions with respect to Cody property for the six months ending June 24, 1904, showing a net balance of $2452.95 due you as Trustee. Of this amount we have already remitted you $2,000 and now hand you herewith New York exchange, your order, for $452.95, the balance. Please receipt and return the accompanying voucher.
