LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HORACE C. ALGER.
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN;
I, HORACE C. ALGER, being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertaintynof human life, do now make and publish this my last will and testament, that is to say;
All the property I may be possessed of at time of death I will and bequeath to my three sisters after all my debts have been first paid, infull out of said property or estate.

Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by the said Horace C. Alger the testator as and for his last will and testament; and we at j his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, thus 23 rd day of January, A.D. 1894.
