In the Matter of the Estate of
Horace C. Alger, Deceased.

ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION.

This cause came on for hearing this 24th day of September, 1909, on the application of B. F. Perkins, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of the late H. C. Alger, deceased, for an order of distribution of the remaining property in the hands of such officer to the devisees named in the will of said deceased; and said administrator having filed in said court the written consent of the said devisees to the making and entering of said order and it appearing to the court that more than one year has elapsed since the appointment of said administrator and that all debts against said estate which have been presented for allowance and allowed by said administrator have been paid in full and that all taxes against said estate which have become due have been paid, and that there are no suits pending against said estate or any undetermined liabilities and no reason appearing why an order should not be made as prayed, and it appearing from the said report that said administrator now has in his hands and under his control the following described premises and property, to-wit:

611	shares of the Capital stock of the Sheridan Land Co.
10	" " " " " Sher. C. Fair Ass'n.
62 1/2	" " " " " Basin Land Co.
5	" " " " " " Sher. Country Club.
8	" " " " " Dome Lake Club.

1/14	int. in the Cody townsite, the legal title to same being in the Lincoln Land Co. and the interest of said estate being represented by contract with said Company.

 

Undivided one half interest in lots 9 and 10, Blk. 43, of the Town of Basin, Big Horn County, Wyoming.

Undivided one half interest in and to 18 lots in the town of Big Horn, Sheridan Co., Wyo., described as Lot 1, Blk. 3, Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, Blk. 5, Lots 14 and 16, Blk. 7, Lot 5, Blk. 17, Lots 6 and 8, Blk. 24, Lot 13, Blk. 1, Lots 19 and 11, Blk. 7, Lots 1 to 3, Blk. 9, Lot 2, Blk. 19.

It is, therefore, considered and ordered by the Court that said B. F. Perkins, administrator, aforesaid, and be and he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed to deliver to Mary J. Alger, Frances C. Alger and Amanda M. Alger, the legatees and devisees under the last will and testament of the said decedent, all of the above described property and premises, and the title to said described property and premises is hereby decreed and vested in the said named persons; and said administrator is hereby authorized and empowered to make, execute, sign and acknowledge any and all necessary papers, instruments in writing, or other documents requisite and necessary to fully and completely vest in the said named devisees the full, legal and equitable title in and to all of said described premises and property.
